Natural Nursery reserve the right to update or modify these term and conditions at any time and without notice, any changes are affective immediately upon posting on this site. We ask you to review these terms and conditions whenever possible for your own benefit in using our website.
Natural Nursery has taken all the essential measures to make sure that any personal and credit card details remain private and secure and that your payment and registration information is processed with total confidentiality. We follow strict security procedures dealing with the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us. We will not sell or share the personal details with third-parties, except in so far as it is strictly necessary to process your order (i.e. clearance of payment and delivery instructions for couriers).
Natural Nursery makes every effort to display all goods with as much information and detail as possible. If however for any reason you feel a product is not suitable you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange. The item(s) must be unworn, unused, in original packaging and have all tags still intact to be perfectly fit for resale. Any items you wish to return must be done so within 14 days of you receiving them. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
If in the unlikely event that you receive goods, which are faulty or the wrong product was sent to you, please contact us to let us know. You will need to return the goods to us with the original packaging and we will refund you the full amount plus the cost you paid to return to us. If you change your mind about something and wish to return you may do so as long as the goods are within original packaging and still have tags etc intact.
Under the Distance Selling legislation you are also entitled to a "cooling off period" of 14 days from when you receive goods so if you change your mind you can return them to us for a refund less delivery charges. Any items you wish to return must be done so within 14 days of you receiving them. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning these goods to us. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Warranty - Failure Within Guarantee Period
Proof of purchase must be supplied before warranty repairs can be accepted. Where goods fail during the guarantee period we will, on inspection if the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, arrange a repair or replacement (if the goods cannot be repaired). However, if the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage, repair or replacement will not be offered.
We aim to have all orders processed, packaged and shipped within 14 days or sooner. Some larger items such as furniture and prams have a lead-time from our suppliers of between two and eight weeks. If we are unable to fulfil your order within the normal delivery period, we will contact you as soon as this is known and offer you the option to withdraw your order or to select an alternative product. Should an item be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as this is known and in these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the order.
